The Power of Words

I had an amazing conversation.....it literally left me speechless. i don't even know any other way 2 explain it! rarely am i left without something 2 say. But this time wow i just couldn't get my tongue 2 speak or my mind 2 think of anything else besides the words that were spoken 2 me at that very moment...Have u ever been stopped by someones words and left completely speechless? well i've had my moments, but not one like this, it's crazy! u never realize the power of words until u have a moment that is  unforgettable..i mean i have always known the power of words i even tell ppl about the power of their words... but if u reflect  back over ur life, u will notice that it was all based on words spoken over u...for example i have chosen not 2 call my 3 wonderful children any name but their God given and birth certified names.i work hard at not tearing them down because..sticks and stone yep they are still breaking bones..but words carry more pain behind them...they get into ur system and at times can't be erased...whether good or bad they just stick. and yes u know it.... words do hurt...especially if they are thrown at u like darts,arrows, or bombs.. i wish i had known this when i was growing up as a child...i've always had a heart of love, but even a heart that loves will fire back and retaliate if they aren't receiving love in return...our tongues are powerful we can use them 2 express love one minute and then 2 express hate the next...i know it's silly how u lose control and let ur mouth get the best of u...i know i have regretted saying some words in my past and even in this present time...since i am not perfect i am sure there will be a moment when i let my emotions get the best of me and fire back! because of the impact of someones words...There is power in ur words use them wisely...don't say something u will regret or don't mean if u can...Never forget the POWER of ur WORDS....
