Little Things...

Have u ever been driving on a road covered in ice and put on the brakes and found out that your tires just aren't stopping? Then just when u thought it was all over and your vehicle was going 2 crash, all of a sudden your no longer sliding on ice...phew u may say but I say thank u Jesus! It may be something little 2 someone else, but 2 me it's a blessing. How about when u are standing in a checkout line and the person behind u is staring at u like u were staring at the person before u?... well do u risk striking up a conversation or do u just stand their mad because the cashier just isn't moving at the speed of lightening? I am one those people who takes the risk of striking up that conversation...after all it beats being upset because your standing in line longer then u would like...u can meet some interesting people in a check out line...Little things they do mean a lot....I use 2 be a cashier long ago. I know what it is like 2 have people giving u the look like "can't u go any faster!" Wow how we sometimes forget where we come from or just the significance of those little things..2 a mother little things mean a lot because every little thing that her child begins 2 learn starts out little...Little things mean a lot in every relationship in our lives. It may not feel like anything 2 make a fuss over at the time but that letter that says "thank u" may put a smile on someones face and even make their day...u just never know how powerful little things can be until u actually take a moment 2 notice them...There have been times when I have just been a listening ear for someone and 2 me it didn't seem like I did much but 2 the the person I loaned my ear 2 they felt 10 times better when they were done. I just think that people focus 2 much on the big and extravagant things and overlook the little things...now this is a good one at times we can be so quick 2 point the finger at someone and their mistake and forget that we have 3 fingers pointing back at us...forgiveness now this one is always the hardest...yet so simple all u have 2 do is choose 2 do it...So next time u find yourself over looking something that is small or petty 2 u always remember the Little Things....they really do mean a lot
